These necklaces are part of my Violet collection, named after my friend's little girl. The collection includes 6 Burro Creek jasper cut by a local woman, and 1 Tiffany stone and 1 Burro Creek jasper cut by a local man. Burro Creek jasper was mined right here in Arizona. The high quality and rare Tiffany stone is from Utah.
The textured ball at the top is an acacia tree bud I cast in ancient bronze. Casting is a long process. It involves working with wax, investment, a kiln, flames, and many more steps to get to the finished product.
